Our raw materials are of local origin and mainly our own production and the recipes that are executed are genuine Apeiranthian!
Guided by love, responsibility and professionalism, Giorgos, Katerina and Voula have managed over these 15 years to gain the trust of those who live and visit not only Apeiranthos but also the island of Naxos as a whole and to constitute a gastronomic experience that when you are in Naxos you must definitely experience.
Since 2025, the Amorginos Tavern has added the Amorginos Katoi in her exceptional spaces, where you can experience the Apeiranthian tradition in real conditions! Try our own wine, cheeses and ham, see the maturation process and explore the traditional Apeiranthian past!
